Group Exercise FAQs

Most classes are drop-in and included with membership. Some specialty or limited-capacity formats may require registration.

Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Mats and basic equipment are provided unless otherwise noted.

Yes! Instructors provide modifications and will help you get started at your own pace. We welcome all fitness levels.
